Hooked on tuna
The European Seafood Exposition has been successful this week. We communicated the new company name, highlighted our Super Frozen, Smoked and King crab products, and we showed our relations in which way we would like to hook our tuna.

For the tenth consecutive time we have participated at the European Exposition in Brussels, the first time with our new company name Culimer. It has been the right moment to communicate our new brand name and clarify our relations why we have chosen for one worldwide brand name.
Our Super Frozen, Smoked and King crab products were highlighted this year. More people are recognizing the ‘fresher than fresh’ quality of Super Frozen products, which has increased the demand in early 2009. Our tasteful smoked products are of interest as well. Visitors were enthusiastic about the samples they tasted. Last but not least, we have given some special attention to our popular wide range of King crab varieties.
To show relations how we are working towards sustainable tuna, we handed out ‘Hooked on tuna’ necklaces with real circle hooks. For many visitors was it the first time they could see the hooks we are doing research with.
