Niven Kunz awarded as most promising chef by GaultMillau Netherlands
Netherlands' youngest Michelin Star chef Niven Kunz is awarded as most promising chef of the year by GaultMillau. Niven was one of the first Dutch chefs who started working with super frozen tuna.
