After a succesfull -60ºC Superfrozen Tuna pilot at Makro Barendrecht where both Makro's seafood specialists as well as their customers have embraced the advantages of Culimer's 'fresher than fresh' tuna, Makro netherlands has decided to roll out the -60ºC Superfrozen Tuna project.
Starting from the 1st of July, 5 other branches (Amsterdam, Breda, Den Bosch, Duiven and Vianen) will get their own -60ºC freezer with Culimer's Superfrozen Tuna products.
Now every chef can enjoy the advantages of fresher tuna with a better yield, better margin, more convenience and less stress just by getting it at their own Makro branch
