Placopecten Magellanicus is a specie of king scallops found in the Northwest Atlantic Ocean (FAO21)
Our scallopmeat is dry frozen, 100% net weight (not soaked), 100% chemical free, all natural and has no additives.
The Atlantic Sea Scallops has a sweet, rich taste. To make the most of the distinctive sweet flavour it's best to sear them quickly in a pan till light brown and slightly crusty on the outside but still tender in the middle.
