Culimer’s Snow crab is found off the southern coast of Chile. It is coming from marine fisheries and harvested with traps, which results in little by-catch or habitat damage.
The snow crab is filled with succulent white meat and has a sweet taste. The meat is low in fat source and suitable for a wide range of meals and salads.
We offer snow crab in 100% legmeat, 100% bodymeat and 40% legmeat / 60% bodymeat.
